A Comfortable Stay with Convenient Access

Enjoyed a smooth stay here! The cozy bed ensured a good night's sleep. I appreciated the close proximity to downtown. Fresh coffee and pastries in the morning was a delightful surprise. For budget-conscious travelers, it’s a great spot to save and explore local dining options!

I stayed for three nights and really enjoyed the clean room and comfy bed. There were complimentary coffee and pastries every morning. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxation after a day out exploring. A slight downside was that the room had a lingering smoke smell, but that didn’t ruin my experience at all. 😊

The location is within walking distance to the University of Georgia and downtown, but the room had issues like poorly functioning outlets and inadequate lighting. While the AC wasn't on upon arrival and a shower handle was broken, the basics like hot water and a comfortable bed worked fine. The owner was friendly and offered coffee in the morning, adding a nice touch to the stay.

The seating in the common areas was limited, which made it uncomfortable at times. I also noticed the room needed better lighting. it felt a bit dim overall. Although I paid a low price, the lack of amenities felt noticeable, like having no coffee maker or complimentary toiletries. Still, for what I got, my stay was decent. Not top of my list, but not the worst either.

The room was pretty rough. Smelled like smoke and had some weird vibes. Found ants in the bathtub and even a used toy under the mattress – totally gross. The sheets had burn marks. Definitely not the cleanest place, and it was noisy all night with people yelling and doors banging. Plus, the check-in felt sketchy through a glass window. You get what you pay for, I guess.

i totally exceeded my expectations! the room was surprisingly spacious and conveniently located near the downtown area of athens. the affordable price made it a great value, especially compared to my previous stays in town....  

Location's a gem and the price? Oh, a steal! The room? Let’s just say it was a very unique experience.

But seriously, you might leave with a creative new insect friend! Not exactly the 5-star mansion I had in mind.
